About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:

In this exciting role, you'll be shaping both short- and long-term strategies for a key product category, aligning your work with company goals and the dynamics of the local market. You’ll dive into brand communication, from creative development to full marketing mix execution, ensuring every message resonates with impact.

Additionally, you’ll be at the forefront of brand innovation—bringing fresh ideas to life and integrating international best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve. Planning and executing brand activities will be part of your daily rhythm, as you collaborate across departments to ensure seamless coordination and measurable success.

Budget management will also be in your hands, working closely with the Senior Brand Manager and Finance team to ensure budget is well spent. You’ll keep a close eye on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive movements to spot opportunities before they emerge.

Working hand-in-hand with Trade Marketing and Category Management teams, you’ll help bring brand strategies to life in-store and support key trade initiatives alongside the KAs team. Forecasting? That’s part of the game too—you’ll prepare product projection data to empower the Sales team.

And finally, you’ll be the bridge between local and global, aligning your brand strategy with the international platform and collaborating with the Global Category team to ensure consistency and excellence.

 

Who we are looking for:

You’re someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of FMCG, bringing at least three years of hands-on experience in brand management or consumer marketing at top-tier companies. Strategy is your playground—you know how to build it, shape brand equity, and make it resonate.

Analytical thinking comes naturally to you, and you’re not just strategic—you’re also imaginative, with the ability to think conceptually and creatively.

As a true team player, you communicate with clarity, lead with confidence, and know how to bring people together across departments to get things done.

Additionally, you’re self-driven and goal-oriented, able to work independently while keeping your eyes firmly on the prize. You know how to lead processes, motivate teams, and build strong internal networks. High energy and a passion for winning fuel everything you do, especially in a competitive and ever-changing environment.


And of course, fluent English is a must—because your ideas deserve to be heard loud and clear.
