We're actively seeking passionate applicants to join our esteemed internship program, specifically in the Maintenance department at Ferrero. As a Maintenance Intern, you will shoulder genuine responsibilities and have the chance to contribute to projects that bring tangible improvements, learning from some of the finest professionals in the industry. Main Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Intern at Ferrero, you will embark on a multifaceted journey crafted to enhance both the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our equipment, with a keen focus on Maintenance Planning and Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Improvement. This critical responsibility aims at bolstering equipment reliability, aligning with the site's key performance indicator of Operational Efficiency and Effectiveness (OEE). 

In your daily duties, you will provide essential support to the maintenance team. Your involvement will span a wide range of tasks, from assisting with inspections and preventive maintenance to undertaking repairs on a variety of machinery and equipment. This hands-on experience is invaluable, offering you a comprehensive look at the inner workings of maintenance operations within a leading global company.

Additionally, your growth and development will be a key focus throughout your internship. You will engage in numerous learning opportunities aimed at deepening your understanding of machinery operation, maintenance best practices, and the use of various tools and diagnostic equipment. This educational component is crafted to enrich your knowledge base, preparing you for a successful career in maintenance and beyond.

Who we are looking for:

Your passion for learning and development, along with your ability to deliver work of the highest quality under tight deadlines, will be essential at Ferrero. You will have the skill to effectively prioritise your workload and excel in teamwork.

We invite applications from recent graduates, individuals taking a gap year, and students in their final year pursuing degrees in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Engineering, or related fields. A genuine interest in the consumer goods industry, particularly in chocolates or confectionery, will serve you well.

The selection process is consists of three stages. 

  1. Telephone Interviews April 2024 
  2. Testing phase during that last week of April
  3. Assessment Center will take place May 2024  


Anticipated start date 2nd September and will be for 12 months.
