Technical Innovation & Product Designer Specialist

About the Role:

We are happy to share that we are looking for a talented Technical Innovation & Product Designer Specialist in our Breakthrough Innovation Department. You will report directly to the Technical Innovation and Product Designer and play a key role in managing the innovation and technical development of our technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will manage innovation and technical development for the technologies within your area, structuring and expanding the know-how of our department. You will lead projects from concept to industrialization, ensuring the development of technical applications in laboratories and defining the proper technological solutions.
Acting as a technical point of reference, you will support project execution and work closely with laboratories and central functions to guarantee the roll-out of the best possible processes and technologies.

You will also provide technical support throughout the implementation phase, oversee the assignment of activities, and help analyze investments, verifying cost and timing hypotheses for new technologies. Your contribution will be essential in ensuring that every innovation project is delivered with excellence and precision.

About You:

To succeed in this position, you will bring your Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a similar field and your 1-3 years of experience in R&D, quality, or technical roles, ideally within chocolate, molding, cereals, or wafer baking.
You have demonstrated abilities to lead projects from concept to launch and communicate effectively with both technical and commercial teams.
Passion for our products and consumers, a results-oriented mindset, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are key to thriving in this role. Mobility availability is required.
You are fluent in English and comfortable using digital tools such as Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP and Autocad Mechanical is considered a plus
