About the Role:
As a Revenue Management Analyst, you will support the Revenue Management Team within the Trade & Shopper Marketing department in reaching turnover and profit goals, optimizing promotional investments, and defining categories’ price/pack architecture. You will also contribute to the sales forecast in coordination with the Sales, Supply Chain and Marketing departments.
Main Responsibilities:
You will analyse assortment and price positioning compared to the market and competition, collaborate on defining price/pack recommendations, and support the definition of list prices and recommended sell-out prices. Monitoring cross-channel competition, trade margin and the value chain will be part of your responsibilities. You’ll also collaborate on defining the commercial policy and conduct ex-post analysis of promotional performances, including ROI, uplift, trade margin and value generated for the retailer. Based on past promotion performances, you’ll help define promotional guidelines by SKU, channel and customer, set promotion targets and monitor KPIs related to promotion performances. You will manage and analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functionalities, leveraging your analytical mindset to generate actionable insights. The role follows the Out of Home channel and requires a consistent ability to interpret data and translate it for different business needs.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your Master’s degree in Economics or Engineering and 3 years of experience in Trade & Shopper Marketing, Marketing, or Commercial Finance roles. Your strong analytical skills and knowledge of Profit & Loss KPIs will be essential. You are confident working with numbers but also capable of interpreting them and communicating insights effectively to different stakeholders, including Finance, Marketing, and external consultants. Fluency in Italian and English is required, along with advanced proficiency in MS-Office applications, especially Excel. A good communication, assertiveness, and relationship skills are required as key to success in this role. Your willingness to travel and embrace international mobility will be a great asset.
