About the Role:

We are currently looking for a Procurement Legal Counsel to join our Italian Legal Department in Alba for a parental leave substitution (temporary contract).

Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel Procurement and Compliance Manager Region Italy, you will support Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Energy and other business functions by providing practical legal advice and helping ensure that business objectives are achieved in compliance with applicable laws and Ferrero Group policies. In this role, you will contribute to identifying, mitigating and resolving legal risks, acting as a trusted legal partner for the business.

Main Responsibilities:

You will support the drafting, review and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements, both in Italian and English, including non-disclosure agreements, research and development agreements, procurement contracts related to production lines, equipment and machinery, purchasing agreements for raw materials and packaging, manufacturing and co-manufacturing agreements, service agreements, real estate agreements, intercompany contracts, agreements with public authorities and other business-related legal documentation.

You will provide practical and business-oriented legal advice, helping stakeholders address legal matters, balance risks and opportunities, and support the achievement of business objectives.

A key aspect of the role will be identifying, assessing and mitigating legal risks associated with business activities, promoting compliant and sustainable solutions while ensuring alignment with applicable laws and Ferrero Group policies.

You will monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments, conducting research and analysis on legislation and case law and translating legal updates into actionable guidance for the business.

The role will also involve supporting training initiatives on legal and compliance topics, managing day-to-day relationships with internal clients, and coordinating external legal counsels in both advisory and litigation-related matters.

Finally, you will help ensure compliance with Ferrero's contractual standards and Group policies, including data protection, competition law and anti-bribery and corruption requirements.

About You:

You hold a master’s degree in law and have gained previous experience in a similar role within a law firm or in-house, with exposure to commercial contracts, procurement-related matters and legal support for business activities.

You combine legal expertise with a business-oriented mindset, allowing you to balance legal requirements with operational needs. Proactive and collaborative, you are comfortable working with different stakeholders and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint (including Copilot), which you use confidently to prepare legal documentation, analyses and presentations.

You are fluent in both spoken and written English and feel comfortable working in an international environment.

If you are looking for an opportunity to apply your legal expertise in a dynamic and international business environment, we would be happy to hear from you.
