About the Role:

If you are passionate about iconic consumer brands and excited by the idea of shaping innovative products that bring joy and refreshment to millions, this role offers a unique opportunity. As PM Innovazione Bevande Estathé, you will be part of a dynamic team that’s responsible for imagining, creating, and launching new products from scratch. You will help define the future of the brand by developing concepts grounded in consumer needs and market trends, and turning them into real, shelf-ready innovations—fast.

Main Responsibilities:

In this position, you will play a key role in building and delivering the innovation pipeline for our beverage category. From idea to launch, you will be deeply involved in every phase of the product development process. You will start by identifying consumer needs and emerging trends, then collaborate with R&D to design and test new beverage concepts—right down to tasting prototypes and helping define the final recipe. You will also take the lead in crafting the packaging, building the brand narrative, and defining the tone of voice.
You will manage cross-functional projects that require strong alignment with departments like Research, Legal, Procurement, Industrial Planning, Trade Marketing, and Sales. You will ensure that each innovation is both technically feasible and commercially viable, driving its progress through internal gates and timelines. You will also support the preparation of go-to-market strategies, from positioning to promotional planning.
Your role will require ongoing analysis of market dynamics, sell-in and sell-out performance, and competitor activity. Using reporting tools, consumer data, and business KPIs, you will assess performance, identify opportunities, and help guide decisions. In this fast-paced environment, you will need to balance creativity with execution, managing multiple projects while keeping focus on delivering results quickly—sometimes launching innovations within a one- to two-year window.

Who we are looking for:

You bring a master’s degree in marketing, Economics, Communication or related —and 2 to 3 years of experience in brand or product management, ideally within the FMCG sector. You have worked on brands where product development is hands-on, and you know what it means to build something from scratch with a deep focus on consumer insight and market fit.
You will bring a strong product sensitivity, a curiosity for consumer behavior, and a creative mindset that helps you see opportunities others may overlook. Your experience with product lifecycles, performance analysis, and reporting tools allows you to make informed, data-driven decisions. You are also confident working across departments and driving complex projects forward, even under tight timelines.
With strong aesthetic awareness, attention to detail, and a feel for brand tone of voice, you know how to shape products that are not only functional, but emotionally resonant. You thrive in environments where curiosity, ownership, and consumer-centric thinking are essential. You are fluent in Italian and English, and you're open to international mobility.
