Organizational Development & Improvement Specialist

About the Role:

Reporting to the Region O&I Italy, you will support the evolution of the organizational model by contributing to organizational development and improvement initiatives with a strong focus on execution. You will work on transformation and process review projects, turning strategic directions into concrete, sustainable and business-oriented solutions. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams across commercial, industrial and support functions, helping shape structures, processes and operating models within a complex organizational environment.

Main Responsibilities:

You will support the O&I team in designing, planning and delivering organizational development and improvement initiatives, including process reviews, organizational redesigns and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with group guidelines and ways of working. 
You will contribute across all project phases, from analysis and design to stakeholder alignment and implementation, supporting the effective adoption of new solutions in day-to-day operations. 
You will work with line managers and functional leaders to assess organizational setups, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and define future-state solutions. 
You will support the design of organizational functions and role models, helping cascade new structures and ways of working to teams with a pragmatic and execution-oriented approach.
 You will contribute to process improvement initiatives, proposing enhancements that consider existing procedures, governance and operational constraints. 
You will manage organizational and improvement projects with a strong project management mindset, coordinating timelines, deliverables and stakeholders, including interactions with international teams and external partners. 
You will also facilitate cross-functional discussions and support decision-making to ensure alignment across multiple initiatives.

About You:

You bring your experience in roles focused on organizational development, transformation, project management or process improvement within complex and structured environments. You contribute strong analytical skills, a structured problem-solving approach and a hands-on mindset focused on delivering tangible results. You bring experience in reviewing and improving processes, with the ability to propose practical and sustainable solutions aligned with business guidelines. You are comfortable interacting with different organizational levels, including senior management, and bring flexibility, adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You contribute a proactive, results-driven attitude and a genuine interest in organizational topics and change management. You bring strong Excel skills, solid PowerPoint proficiency and familiarity with project management tools. You are fluent in Italian and English, with additional languages as a plus.
