About the role:

For our Engineering division, we are looking for an Operational Technology (OT) Infrastructure Engineer Specialist
In this position, you will be responsible for managing the investment within your area of expertise. You will handle the technical specifications for stakeholders and oversee the evolution of investments from the feasibility phase through to complete installation and commissioning. Additionally, you will provide support to plant technicians and project engineers in creating functional specifications that will be the root for technical ones.

Main responsibilities:

You will support the administration and management of existing OT server (MS Windows, Linux Operating) and the implementation of network infrastructures (CISCO, Hirschmann, Siemens), ensuring their safety and security in collaboration with Group Cybersecurity, Information Technology and various departments. 

Moreover, you will share guidelines and best practices regarding architectures, technologies, and infrastructural OT standards, mandatory to ensure integration, best level of security, and the highest reliability, thereby minimizing risks such as production downtimes and cyber-attacks. 

You will also analyse and ensure compliance with directives, laws, national and international regulations, internal procedures and security requirements, working with various stakeholders both internal and external. 

Additionally, you will be involved in the design of communication infrastructures and “core” management, either independently or collaboratively, following the established guidelines and generating specialistic ones, to be applied in every project. 
 

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, together with your expertise in OT landscape, security, risk-oriented OT cybersecurity design and your passion for high-quality results. 
Your previous experience of around 1-3 years in similar roles (either in corporate or in consulting) will be a significant asset for us. 
Furthermore, you will leverage on your proficiency in system and network administration, security, and automation
Your intercultural skills, strong communication and relational abilities will be a key asset for us, as we are a diverse team with a Global visibility. Your fluency in English will be therefore key.
