Media & Digital Data Analyst
About the Role:
Reporting to the Senior Media and Digital Data Analyst within the IT Global function, the Media & Digital Data Analyst will play a key role in enabling the Ferrero Group’s digital and media measurement ambitions at a global level. You will act as a point of reference for data related to advertising campaigns, both traditional and digital, supporting the organization in transforming media data into reliable, actionable insights.
You will contribute to the execution of established processes and support the day to day management of media and digital data, with a strong focus on data ingestion, quality assurance, and the development and maintenance of global data models that underpin reporting and dashboards used across the Group.
The position is based in our Alba offices, with flexibility for remote work up to two days per week.
Main Responsibilities:
You will design and document data flows from a wide range of media and digital sources, including owned platforms (such as GA4 and social media channels) and paid media platforms (sudch as Meta Ads, DV360, CM360 and Amazon Ads, etc..).
You will be responsible for executing validation and quality control checks on production data streams, ensuring alignment with defined business rules and source system outputs before data is made available for reporting and analysis.
Working closely with IT partners, you will contribute to the design of internal data models and support the setup of data ingestion pipelines for key media and digital KPIs. Collaboration with BI&A Analytics and Applications teams, as well as with Media, Marketing and eCommerce stakeholders, will be essential to ensure that collected data effectively supports business decision making.
You will actively participate in training and documentation initiatives aimed at strengthening the organization’s understanding of media and digital KPIs, data structures, and reporting logic.
In addition, you will contribute to high visibility analytical topics such as marketing mix modelling, digital attribution, retail media effectiveness, and digital campaign performance analysis, supporting the delivery of insights at Group level.
About You:
You hold a master’s degree in Marketing, IT, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, and have built a solid background through academic and/or professional experience in digital media planning and reporting, data management, or data analytics.
You have a strong understanding of digital media data and marketing technologies, ideally supported by experience within a media agency environment. Your background also includes familiarity with database structures and data models, as well as hands on knowledge of tools such as SQL and Power BI.
You are fluent in English and comfortable working in cross functional, international teams and are able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Above all, you bring curiosity, reliability, and a collaborative mindset that enable you to contribute effectively to Ferrero’s global media and digital data ecosystem.
