About the role:
For our plant in Alba, we are currently looking for a Maintenance Techniques Specialist to work with us on our internal program, Ferrero Professional Maintenance.
Main responsibilities:
As Maintenance Techniques Specialist, you will manage activities linked with Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Planned Maintenance (PM). You will be responsible for training and engaging staff, supporting data collection and analysis of equipment failures, facilitating meetings, managing participation, and implementing increasingly advanced and specialized planned maintenance techniques. You will support continuous improvement initiatives such as Ferrero Professional Maintenance and monitor machine performance, reporting results to the managers.
You will apply your knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance techniques, including TPM principles and Lean methodologies, to involve staff in drafting operational standards. One of your main tasks will be to use problem-solving and data analysis methodologies to analyze and resolve issues. In addition, you will communicate technical concepts clearly to all levels of the organization, ensuring everyone understands and can implement necessary changes. You will lead and motivate the maintenance team and support functions, fostering a collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement, managing conflicts, and facilitating problem resolution.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your master’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Management Engineering, plus 3-5 years of previous experience in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) or Planned Maintenance (PM) activities in structured companies that adopt TPM or WCM methodologies.
Your ability to communicate effectively in both Italian and English, along with your strong adaptability skills, will make you the perfect fit for this role.
