About the role:
We are currently looking for a Lean Specialist – Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Expert for our plant in Alba. In this role, you will support the Production System Development Manager and the Production Unit Manager in setting priorities and preparing an Autonomous Maintenance plan. You will ensure alignment with the Group plan and collaborate with different internal stakeholder to implement local objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
As Lean Specialist – Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Expert, you will manage and implement activities linked with Autonomous Maintenance (AM). You will be responsible for training and engaging staff and supporting data collection facilitating meetings, managing participation, and implementing increasingly advanced and specialized autonomous maintenance techniques.
You will communicate technical concepts clearly to all levels of the organization, ensuring everyone understands and can implement necessary changes. You will motivate production team and support functions, fostering a collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement, managing conflicts, and facilitating problem resolution.
You will demonstrate adaptability and flexibility, applying a Change Management approach to develop methodologies within the context of the organization. You will leverage the strengths and experiences of the current organization to engage all the staff members in drafting operational standards.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your Master’s Degree background in Engineering and your strong Change Management Skills, in addition to at least two years of experience as an active member in the implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology, particularly in Autonomous Maintenance (AM).
Your real desire for international mobility will be a great asset for us, together with your true passion and curiosity for the Food sector.
As a good communicator, your fluency in both Italian and English will be key to gain a wide intercultural competence.
