About the Role:
He/she will collaborate in new packaging design for Kinder Joy
He/she will support the collaboration sustainability workstream implementation for Kinder Joy projects across all production plants worldwide.
He/she periodically aligns, and updates project status/follow up with the Procurement, Marketing, Quality and technical departments providing regular updates
He/she supports technology and material development, assisting in packaging lines testing and production start-up according to company approval flows
He/she monitors and gives technical support across all Kinder Joy plants with proactive contributions to business continuity and quality.
He/she will support the development of new packaging for Kinder, from concept to industrial implementation, including component design, prototyping, and optimization with a view to industrial implementation and documentation.
He/she will be involved in the economic assessment of each technical solution developed and will contribute to the definition of the "packaging cost" item of the project P&L.
Main Responsibilities:
The person will collaborate with the “Kinder product with surprise” category leader, contributing with packaging development ideas and taking on increasing responsibilities in technical development.
TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT – DESIGN AND DEPLOY HANDOVER
• Support the development of a packaging project form a marketing or operations brief
• Support the development of optimized solutions for new and existing projects through the choice of innovative and sustainable technologies and materials
• Focus on packaging innovation: support project birefs with innovative materials and alternative solutions, comparing environmental and cost KPIs
• Support in ensuring the quality of the packaging project in terms of technical result, product protection, legal compliance and safety, involving internal and external competence centers
Who we are looking for:
• New graduation in materials/mechanical engineering (Higher School) or similar fields.
• Knowledge of packaging design technical skills
• Knowledge of packaging materials (preference for flexible and rigid plastic)
IT skills
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook);
• Knowledge of 2D software for design development (not mandatory).
• Knowledge of Software for project management (e.g. Microsoft Project) will be considered a plus.
Languages skills
• English Level ≥ B1 (written and spoken)
• Other languages will be considered a plus.
Soft skills
• Critical-thinking skills.
• Project management, Problem-solving,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
