About the Role:
We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Global Marketing team for a Maternity Leave Substitution. You will support the Senior Brand Manager in the strategic development of innovative projects for the Tablets category.
You will have the opportunity to work in a highly dynamic and international environment, focusing on a broad set of activities and innovative projects.
Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be an active contributor in the development of the full marketing mix for the current projects, collaborating with key functions (Laboratories, Packaging Development, Controlling, Operations, Finance) for project's industrialization.
You will support the Senior BM in consumer research, briefing the research department and taking part to the research field activities. You will support the analysis of research results, in order to identify and propose opportunities of marketing mix fine-tuning.
You will have the opportunity to create briefs for Design/Communication agencies, participate in the evaluation of the works to select the winning ones and finally ensure the completion of the activities. You will coordinate the activities carried out by external suppliers (mockups, artworks, shooting, etc.) as well as create new templates and artworks.
Regarding competition monitoring, you will conduct global marketplace analysis, monitoring new launches, looking for input and new trends.
Moreover, you will manage budget and documentation processes. Finally, you will supervise timely creation of ingredients list and nutritional information, also supporting on product quality and sustainability matters.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your university Master's Degree background in Marketing / Business Management or equivalent and your experience in operational or strategic Marketing.
Your dynamic, flexible, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high - pressure situations within strict deadlines and in a multicultural environment will be key for the role.
You will bring strong relational attitude and team working skills; project management and good organizational skills.
Your fluency in English will be key to perform in our environment.
