Junior Brand Manager Industrial Assortments

About the Role:
We are happy to share that we are currently looking for a talented Junior Brand Manager to support our Premium Chocolate Industrial Assortments Team based in Alba (CN)!
You will have the opportunity to support the Brand Manager in the strategic development and implementation of innovative projects and management/optimization of existing industrial assortments range.
You will focus on a broad set of activities, interacting with and coordinating a diverse range of functions and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support the BM in the maintenance of a wide and complex catalogue, mastering product development processes and ensuring a smooth flow among all involved stakeholders.
You will have the opportunity to develop new packaging innovations and roll-out the existing ones in selected potential countries.
You will develop portfolio optimizations and profitability opportunities to improve P&L.
You will work in close collaboration with all departments (Laboratories, Packaging Development, Controlling, Operations, Portfolio managers, Legal, Quality) to ensure product development and industrialization.
You will support the research plan definition with the Research Department (CSU), managing the research plan implementation, results analysis and post research action plan.
You will have the possibility to support the global project developing digital contents in collaboration with internal and external agencies.
Finally, collaborating with Area Marketing and BU colleagues, you will support the definition of a successful launch plan and the evaluation of new roll-out opportunities, also identifying new market opportunities/white spaces and tracking product performance in the key markets.
About You:
You will bring your university Master's Degree background in Marketing / Business Management / Economics or equivalent and your 2-4 years experience in Brand Management.
Your passion for innovation and product development will be key to perform the role at best.
Your global mindset and dynamic, flexible, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high - pressure situations within strict deadlines in a multicultural environment will be key for the role.
You will bring strong relational attitude and team working, project management and analytical skills.
Your desire for international mobility will be a great asset for us, together with your true passion for our products, consumers and category. Your fluency in English will be key to perform in our environment.
