International Graduate Program - Transportation Planning
About the Role:
This is your chance to join us with a 3-Year Structured Graduate Program designed to develop talents across one or more European countries, for those seeking an international career in Operations.

PROGRAM ASSIGNMENTS
As part of our Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to gain international and cross-functional experience through two structured assignments:
- First Assignment (1 year): You will take on the role of Transportation Planning Specialist within the Supply Chain function in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
- Second Assignment (2 years): You will join our Transportation Planning HUB within the Supply Chain function in Alba, Italy.
This program is designed to accelerate your development, broaden your expertise, and prepare you for future challenging roles within Operations.
Main Responsibilities:
1st Assignment: Transportation Planning Specialist in Frankfurt am Main, Germany
In this role, you will contribute to the end-to-end management and tracking of transports, supporting the process from dispatch to unloading. You’ll help schedule finished goods to ensure smooth supply to both national and international customers.
Your activities will also include planning raw materials, semi-finished products, and packaging materials for our production needs and external service providers. A key focus will be assisting in on-time delivery, helping us meet customer expectations.
You will work on analysis and evaluation based on key performance indicators, gaining insights into operational efficiency and learning how to identify areas for improvement. This experience will allow you to develop a strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
About You:
You will bring your Master’s degree (MSc, 5 years of studies) in Management Engineering or Transportation and Logistic related field, with an excellent academic record, achieved within maximum 12 months.
As a great communicator, fluency in English and Italian will be essential to cover this position, along with a good foundation in German. Proficiency in MS Office tools and experience with SAP will also be highly valued.
