About the Role:
We are currently looking for an IT Solution Architect for Digital Assets Management and the Kinder Surprise toys development who will be part of the global IT Platform Consumer and the Marketing and R&D Center of Expertise (CoE) Team in Italy, reporting to the CoE Marketing and R&D Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
You will lead the architectural design, at group level, of applications in the scope of Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Toys & Surprises development (Kinder surprises process within PLM domain), in a number of SAP and non-SAP technologies / modules, contributing in identifying improvements, extensions or consolidation opportunities.
In this role, you will ensure that the IT delivered applications meet the Business, Cybersecurity and confidentiality requirements, while guaranteeing that they are aligned with Ferrero’s business strategy as well as our internal IT quality standards.
You will support in assessing the budget related to the integration of new applications.
You will coordinate the 3rd level ticket support for all the assigned capabilities (DAM- and PLM-related applications), ensuring timely communication and resolution of support tickets.
You will represent a point of reference for the external projects, by providing recommendations and ensuring compliance with the implemented model (in the CoE’s applications perimeter), and the internal policies.
You will provide technical leadership to the application development or infrastructure implementation teams, acting as a subject matter expert on his / her own assigned area.
You will provide technical expertise and guidance to external resources. Collaborate with other Ferrero IT teams and suppliers in cross initiatives / projects / run activities.
Furthermore, you will support the CoE Marketing and R&D Manager in the Vendor management and the general governance of DAM- and PLM-related applications, ensuring alignment to the IT strategy.
Who we are looking for:
You are a graduate in IT, Engineering or Business Management
You have a previous experience of 5-7 years as Consultant or Architect in DAM applications (e.g. OpenText Media Management), and / or Product Development processes.
You have experience in SAP-PLM, SAP-PPM and other best-of-market PLM solutions, as well as ServiceNow application (module IRM) will be considered as a plus. Excellent MS-Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint) completes the skills.
You have strong analytical skills, structured approach, and are problem solving oriented. Project Management skills are a plus.
You are a proactive, collaborative and team player, with a mindset open to change and innovation.
You will contribute to the success of the team thanks to your proven ability in managing, motivating, coaching and developing their own teams through Communication and Team Management skills.
Proficiency in Italian and English. Other languages will be considered as a plus.
Availability for international mobility.
