HR IT Architect

About the Role:

We are currently looking for an HR IT Architect to join our dynamic and international IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and simplify the HR IT landscape for the Ferrero Group, working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams. 

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will engage in both high-level HR process discussions and detailed technical interactions with IT teams. You will lead the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of HR IT solutions, including Employee Central and Employee/Management Self-Service tools. You will drive the upgrade and integration of various HR tools and platforms across the Ferrero Group, such as SAP ERP, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, and Indeavor.

You will participate in international IT meetings and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders. You will oversee document management and digital signature solutions, including platforms like PeopleDoc and DocuSign. You will support the implementation of SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and other cloud-based HR solutions, contributing to the simplification and modernization of the HR IT environment.

Your work will ensure that IT solutions align with Ferrero’s business strategy and quality standards. You will also provide support in IR Management. This position will require flexibility for international mobility and occasional travel.

About You:

You hold a university degree in IT, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. You bring several years of experience in the HR IT environment, ideally within international companies with a central headquarters or a service company structure. You have strong knowledge of SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Employee Central, UKG, and other cloud-based solutions.

You are experienced with SharePoint, UI5/FIORI, and project management, and you are familiar with document management solutions such as PeopleDoc and digital signature tools like DocuSign. You can move seamlessly from high-level HR process discussions to detailed technical conversations.

Your communication and presentation skills are excellent, and you work as a team player with a proactive, goal-oriented, and independent approach. You are proficient in English and Italian, and knowledge of other languages such as German or Spanish is considered a plus.

You are willing and able to work in a multicultural, international environment and to travel when required.
