About the Role:

For our new Global Centre of Expertise, based in Alba (CN), we are looking for three Global Operational Excellence and Autonomous Maintenance Expert.

In this position, you will be responsible for the development and deployment of Ferrero Operational Excellence (FOX) methodologies related to Lean Manufacturing / World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), with a focus on the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) pillar.

In this role, you will also coordinate and drive internal and external best practices cross-fertilization, continuous improvement, and workshops with related industrial functions.

Main Responsibilities:

Covering this role, you will become the change agent, bringing your continuous improvement mindset and fostering the operational excellence culture.

You will support the team manager in ensuring coordination among central Operation Performance teams and with other Industrial & Supply Chain departments and partner functions (Health & Safety, Food Safety & Quality, Engineering, People & Organization, etc.) guaranteeing coherence in alignment with FOX principles and methodologies.

Moreover, you will develop and improve AM methodologies and related procedures. Your role will involve creating, updating and standardizing training materials, defining AM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Activity Indicators (KAIs) and setting related targets at Group and Area levels. You will coordinate with Area Industrial Performance Managers and coach Plants’ referents on FOX principles and AM methodologies, leveraging on the "train-the-trainer" concept. You will support the consolidation, at group level, of the progress of local initiatives, training sessions, audits/assessments, and results to improve Overall Asset Effectiveness (OAE) and competitiveness to global benchmark levels.

Assessing and validating the maturity of the FOX program implementation and AM methodologies adoption at the local level through audit/assessment plans will be a key part of your responsibilities.

Who are we looking for:

You will bring your master's degree in engineering or related technical fields, your deep understanding of industrial processes, solid experience (10+ years) and expertise in Lean Manufacturing / WCM / TPM methodologies implementation, in particular on the Autonomous Maintenance pillar, demonstrated by a proven track record and results delivery.

Thanks to your effective communication and leadership skills, you will be able to influence, coach and train different levels of the organization, to land the program at global scale. You speak fluent English; any other language will be a plus for us.

Your ability to co-coordinate professional teams will foster a collaborative environment that drives innovation and excellence.

Your proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement will be instrumental in our success, together with your strong analytical, problem-solving skills and flexibility (business trips will be around 50% of your time).
