About the Role:

For our new Global Centre of Expertise, based in Alba (CN), we are looking for a Global Lean Value Stream Expert, who will be responsible for the development and deployment of Ferrero Operational Excellence (FOX) methodologies related to the Lean Value Stream pillar at a Global level.

In this role, you will also coordinate and drive internal and external best practices cross-fertilization, continuous improvement, and workshops with related supply chain functions.

Main Responsibilities:

Covering this position, you will develop, improve and standardize Lean Value Stream methodologies and related procedures. Your role will involve creating and updating training materials on Lean Value Stream methodologies, in alignment with Ferrero Academies.

Moreover, you will define Lean Value Stream Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Activity Indicators (KAIs) and set related targets at Group and Area levels. Assessing and validating the maturity of Lean Value Stream methodologies adoption at the local level through audit/assessment plans will be a key part of your responsibilities.

You will consolidate and report the Group overview on the progress of local initiatives, training sessions, audit/assessment linked to Lean Value Stream, and results. Additionally, you will coach Supply Chain referents on Lean Value Stream methodologies, leveraging on the "train-the-trainer" and coaching concepts.

Who are we looking for:

You will bring your master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, operations or a related field.

You have a deep understanding of Supply Chain E2E (End to End) and Lean Value Stream methodologies in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) / Six Sigma context with a solid experience (10 + years) of proven track record of implementation of process improvements and results delivering.

Thanks to your effective communication skills and strong leadership, you will be able to influence, coach and train different levels of the organization, to land the program at global scale. You speak fluent English, any other language will be a plus for us.

Your proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement will be instrumental in our success, together with your strong analytical, problem-solving skills and flexibility (business trips will be around 50% of your time).
