About the Role:

You will join the Ferrero House Agency (Pubbliregia) as a Global Account Intern, becoming part of an international and dynamic team that supports communication projects for Nutella and Better for You categories. Starting in September or October 2025, this 6-month curricular internship is a unique opportunity to step into the world of global brand management and creative strategy. Throughout your internship, you will be closely guided by the Account Manager and exposed to a wide variety of projects that involve different brands, countries, and stakeholders. You will be immersed in a vibrant and fast-moving environment where no two days are the same—whether you’re contributing to new product storytelling, participating in briefings.

Main Responsibilities:

You will support the Global Account Team in the daily coordination of global communication projects by managing and organizing briefs from marketing teams or international markets. As you learn, you will contribute to shaping creative inputs, identifying potential roadblocks, and facilitating smooth collaboration across departments. You will assist in connecting the dots between marketing and creative functions, ensuring alignment, consistency, and clarity across every stage of the project. You will help track timing plans, support internal communications, and learn how to keep complex projects on schedule. You will also participate in product development phases, including projects of brand visual identity. In some cases, you may even take part in production set visits, learning how a concept becomes a tangible campaign.

Who we are looking for:

You bring energy, curiosity, and a genuine interest in the world of branding and communication. Your academic background in Communication, Marketing, Economics, or a related field equips you with a solid foundation, while your proactive attitude and willingness to learn by doing will help you thrive in this internship. You will support the team with your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to multitask. You are comfortable working under pressure and managing tight deadlines when needed. You are familiar with PowerPoint and Excel, and confident communicating in both Italian and English. Knowledge of other languages or previous experience in similar settings is a plus, but what matters most is your motivation and team spirit. You are open to feedback, eager to improve, and excited to gain exposure to ATL, BTL, digital, and social communication projects. Over time, you will take ownership of smaller tasks and make meaningful contributions to global projects in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.
