About the Role:

For our Graduate Program in the Industrial function, we are looking for brilliant graduates who are interested in joining a 4-year pathway, designed to cultivate talent and develop an international career in Operations

You will play significant roles in exciting projects across the Operations organization, under the supervision and guidance of our Ferrero leaders! 

The program consists in an initial period of two years in our Alba Plant with the role of Plant Operating Planning Specialist, followed by a first international assignment to develop and expand your knowledge as part of our Ferrero Family and to embrace the Ferrero ways of working in producing our iconic products and ensuring that they reach our Consumers. 

Main Responsibilities:

Starting as Plant Operating Planning Specialist in our Graduate Program, you will carrying out a variety of tasks.

You will be involved in activities of production scheduling and responsible for the short- and long-term optimization of manpower needs for the production lines. Additionally, you will keep updated production factors which will influence production outputs, such as constraints, maintenance periods, etc. You will also monitor and analyze KPIs for your product references, with the aim to develop actions and creating continuous improvement.

After the Program’s conclusion, you will have the possibility to continue with an international career path!

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your Master’s Degree background in Industrial or Management Engineering, achieved within maximum 12 months.  

Your real desire for international mobility will be a great asset for us, together with your true passion and curiosity for the Food sector.  

As a good communicator, your fluency in both Italian and English will be key to gain a wide intercultural competence.  

Practical work (e.g., internships, voluntary activities, etc.) or international experiences would be a plus!
