About the role:

 

For our Graduate Program – Junior Process Technologist, we are looking for brilliant graduates who are interested in joining a 4-year pathway, designed to cultivate talent and develop an international career in Operations. 

You will play significant roles in exciting projects across the Operations organization, under the supervision and guidance of our Ferrero leaders! 

The program consists in an initial period of two years in our Alba plant (CN), followed by a first international assignment to develop and expand your knowledge as part of our Ferrero Family and to embrace the Ferrero ways of working in producing our iconic products and ensuring that they reach our Consumers.

 

Main responsibilities:

As a Graduate employee on a Junior Process Technologist role,  you will provide technological process management and advices to set up the production cycle, analyze and find out corrective actions needed. You will be a central interface to the Senior Technologist and Production Manager for technological improvement and new projects for the Production Lines. 
 
Your role will execute test and new recipe testing, define new technological methods and monitors production parameters, even in collaboration with Technical R&D Category. 
You will be involved in continuous improvement activities for identify and propose areas of growth, such as machineries features and functionalities to raw materials and semifinished goods in collaboration with Technical R&D Category and Maintenance functions.
 
Last but not least, you will take care of the Food Safety & Quality, Safety and Environmental standards

After the Program’s conclusion, you will have the possibility to continue with an international career path! 

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your Master’s Degree background in Food Technologist or Chemical Engineering, achieved within maximum 12 months.  

Your real desire for international mobility will be a great asset for us, together with your true passion and curiosity for the Food sector.  

As a good communicator, your fluency in both Italian and English will be key to gain a wide intercultural competence.  

 

Practical work (e.g., internships, voluntary activities, etc.) or international experiences would be a plus!
