About the role:

You’ll be responsible to develop and guarantee the overall implementation of a work environment based on Ferrero Identity and values, maintains, and monitors the buildings for the Italy Polo (not productive) in terms of cost, efficiencies and investment. Monitors space occupancy by ensuring that office facilities are maintained in accordance with compliance standards and government regulations.

Main responsibilities:

You’ll Manage local Budgeting Process working together with the business and industrial line and Local/Group Controlling, supporting the investment planning for Polo Italy buildings (not productive spaces)
You’ll manage the investment workflow activities till the closing of project according with Group and local procedures
You’ll collect all maintenance and H&S needs/ requests for all not productive buildings within the Region
You’ll maintain day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating to external vendor or leveraging internally
You’ll define maintenance planning plan for all Polo Italy buildings
You’ll plan best allocation and utilisation of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organising of current premises, managing also the documents collection of managed assets
You’ll manage project, supervise and coordinate the work of contractors
You’ll promote the “smart building model” to manage comfort, cost optimization and sustainability

Who we are looking for:

You’ve from 7 to 10 years of experience in Facility Management
You’ve good project management skills and customer orientation
You’ve good people management skills
You’re dynamic, curious and proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that may involve many relations, projects and complexity of topics managed
You know MS Office and speak and write in English at least at intermediate level
