About the Role:
Reporting professionally to the Cybersecurity Offence Manager, the CS Offence Expert is responsible for leading, coordinating and executing advanced offensive security initiatives, including automated and manual vulnerability detection across IT, OT, and AI-driven environments. The Cybersecurity Offence Expert’s activities will directly strengthen Ferrero's cyber resilience by identifying, managing, and remediating vulnerabilities through a comprehensive lifecycle approach.
This role will be based in our Alba offices.
Main Responsibilities:
As part of the Europe Hub, you will manage requests and needs originating from the area, planning activities and resources to ensure continuous improvement of the cybersecurity posture. In this role, you will lead and execute advanced Offensive Security initiatives, including Penetration Tests, Red Teaming, Bug Bounty programs, SAST and ASM activities, ensuring timely remediation of all identified issues.
You will analyze and present findings to highlight the actual business impact of vulnerabilities across IT and OT environments, covering systems, infrastructure, and applications. Managing the full vulnerability lifecycle will be a key responsibility for you: from prioritizing discovered vulnerabilities to tracking their remediation through detailed reporting, collecting data, preparing metrics, and providing actionable recommendations for resolution.
Working within a vulnerability management and penetration testing framework, you will report results to business stakeholders and Top Management, while handling tasks that may involve external support. You will also research and design technical remediations, including custom solutions, collaborating closely with IT teams and other internal or external stakeholders.
Your role will include organizing and delivering Red Team exercises simulating attacks on the organization, its business functions, and information systems in both IT and OT environments. You will coordinate activities and initiatives within the Cyber Offence team and work with other departments to identify the most critical systems for assessment. Additionally, you will propose improvements to methodologies and tools for vulnerability assessments and offensive security exercises, ensuring effective detection of cybersecurity gaps and strengthening the company’s resilience.
About You:
You will bring your expertise in offensive security, backed by at least 5 years of experience in similar roles within a multinational environment in corporate or consulting. Your hands-on experience spans penetration testing, red teaming, vulnerability research, and managing complex cybersecurity projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Holding a degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field, you have built a strong foundation for advanced security skills. You are proficient in the most common offensive security tools and methodologies and know how to leverage AI technologies in offensive security. Knowledge of Blue Team operations will help you identify weaknesses and simulate adversarial attacks effectively.
You will thrive in collaborative environments, coordinating teams and external partners to deliver impactful security initiatives. Business-fluent English enables you to communicate complex findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
