About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Alba. In this role, you will manage incoming orders from the Customer Distribution Centers and the collaborative VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) process. Your objective will be to optimize stock levels, enhance delivery efficiency, and improve service levels at points of sale, based on demand forecasts and in close collaboration with the Key Account Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the Customer’s replenishment processes. You will monitor inventory levels in Customer warehouses and coordinate product restocking based on available production.
Your goal will be to ensure the Customer maintains adequate inventory levels to meet demand, while maximizing efficiency through reduced stock levels, improved delivery saturation, optimized delivery frequency, minimized stockouts, and enhanced order fulfillment.
Additionally, you will analyze KPIs related to service levels, target stock, and logistics, ensuring continuous process improvement. Finally, you will work closely with internal teams such as Demand Planning, Sales, Trade Marketing, Transportation and Warehouse departments to ensure product availability for our Consumers.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your master’s degree background in Engineering, Economics, or related, together with your advanced proficiency in Excel (i.e., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Your true interest for international mobility will be a great asset for us, together with your fluency in both Italian and English and your good communication skills.
You have a strong analytical mindset, problem solving and the capability to prioritize your activities.
