Brand Manager Mon Chéri & Pocket Coffee - Parental Leave
About the Role:
You will join Ferrero’s Premium Chocolate team as Brand Manager for Mon Chéri and Pocket Coffee on a parental leave contract, playing a key role in supporting the development and innovation strategy of two iconic global brands. In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Packaging, Technical departments, as well as external creative and digital agencies. You will be directly involved in shaping the marketing mix and translating consumer insights into actionable strategies to drive brand growth. This role offers strong exposure to international brand management and the opportunity to contribute to both long-term strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
Main Responsibilities:
You will support the definition of global brand strategy and contribute to the development of mid-term growth plans, including identifying priority innovation areas and managing new product development projects across all phases. You will coordinate project timelines, monitor key milestones, and ensure alignment across stakeholders such as R&D, Packaging, Legal, Quality, and Research teams to guarantee smooth execution.
You will take ownership of consumer research activities by briefing research teams, managing timelines, and analyzing results to uncover insights that inform business opportunities and optimize the marketing mix. You will also play an active role in packaging development by creating design briefs, evaluating creative proposals, and driving implementation of new packaging solutions, with a particular focus on sustainability and global portfolio consistency.
You will act as the main point of contact for digital and e-commerce initiatives, ensuring alignment of content and visuals across platforms, while supporting the evolution of brand presence online. At the same time, you will monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and identify white space opportunities to drive brand growth. You will also manage budgets by tracking costs and implementing corrective actions when needed to ensure financial targets are met.
About You:
You will bring with you a Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field along with 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related functions within an international FMCG environment. You contribute solid analytical capabilities and financial awareness, allowing you to interpret data and translate it into meaningful business actions.
You offer the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively, combining organization, proactivity, and a results-driven mindset. You are comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environments, handling pressure and tight deadlines with flexibility and focus.
You add value through your communication skills and your ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions. You are confident working with key digital tools such as PowerPoint and Excel, and you bring familiarity with market data sources like Nielsen, IRI, or Euromonitor, while any knowledge of SAP represents an additional asset. Your fluency in Italian and English enables you to operate effectively in a global context, and you are open to international mobility and occasional travel when required.
