About the Role:

We are currently looking for a Brand Communication Specialist for a maternity cover position. You will support the team in developing and maintaining relationships with media/press agencies to implement communication projects related to Ferrero brands and stakeholder engagement activities, aiming at strengthening and protecting the equity of the brands.  

Main Responsibilities:

Brand Communication:
• Support the Marketing team in the execution of brand activities, ensuring feasibility, visibility and effectiveness 
• Transform experiential marketing activities into visibility and awareness opportunities through the development of organic on and offline communication
• Support in the definition of the content for Press Days – presentation plan, identification, and selection proposal for the correct target audience (e.g., press, influencers, television) 
• Draft press releases and other materials intended for the media (videos, product sheets)
• Monitor the overall performance of the Brand communication through dedicated ROI reporting, providing insights, and suggesting opportunities for improvement  

External stakeholder management

• Support in managing and building connections with journalists, influencers, agencies, research institutions, and professionals in the field, focusing on brand enhancement and other industry-related aspects.

Who we are looking for:

• Master's Degree in Communication, Marketing and related fields
• Up to 2 years of experience in Marketing, Communication or external communication related departments 
• Knowledge of Ferrero brands
• Understanding of different media and trends
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English
• Advanced skills in MS-Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
