About the Role:

 

 We are currently looking for a talented candidate for a maternity leave substitution who will support the sensory analysis activities within our Breakthrough Innovation department.
 

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

Main Activities:


•    Sensory analysis management
•    Define, implement and organize testing activities; 
•    Evaluate and monitor the sensory abilities of our tasting panel, identifying any possible area of improvement;
•    Monitor the panel sensory performance and support its continuous improvement;
•    Collect and analyze sensory data, produce reports
•    Manage budgets for projects that require external sensory testing;
•    Preparation of the tasting sheets with internal tasting software;
•    Lead the design, plan, execution of sensory tests, and provide recommendations on next steps, to the product developers;
•    Create specific sensory analysis programs in order to meet the requirements of internal clients.

Who we are looking for:

 

PROFILE


•    Master degree in Food Technology or related field;
•    At least 1-2 years of experience in Sensory analysis field;
•    Knowledge of sensory analysis;
•    Ability to work independently;
•    Good organizational skills;
•    Enthusiasm and motivation;
•    Dynamic, flexible, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high - pressure situations within strict deadlines
•    Previous experiences in international environment are a plus.
•    Knowledge of statistical data analysis;
•    Budgeting skills;
•    Very strong written and verbal communication skills in order to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.

 

 
IT Skills
•    At ease with Microsoft Office;
•    Excellent PC command (Excel, PowerPoint).
 
Language Skills
•    Proficient in English and italian;
•    Other languages are considered a plus.
