About the Role:
To be relevant for our consumers in this fast-changing world it becomes more and more important to have a direct and personalized relationship with them.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support the Media and CRM Team in the definition and implementation of the consumer engagement and digital strategy of all our Brands at Regional/Area level.
You will work together with the media team in building holistic media strategies with the consumer at the core.
Moreover, you will measure and share insights from digital marketing activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of a direct and personalized relationship with our consumers.

Main Responsibilities:
CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT & CRM
- supporting marketing and trade marketing teams in the definition of the consumer engagement strategy and in deploying digital and CRM activities at Ferrero and brand level
- with the help of the CRM Agency, supporting the marketing teams to define the proper contact plan strategy to reach the right people with the right message at the right time
- working in a cross functional team (CRM, marketing, trade marketing, media, IT) to develop test&learn and cross brand activations to attract, engage and retain our consumers (ex. Kinder+Nutella breakfast engagement platform and Kinder Klub)
- supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in optimizing CRM processes to improve customer data analysis and segmentation, facilitating targeted and personalized communications
- managing the relationships with the CRM and Media Agencies in order to ensure high-quality and timely projects‘ execution
PERFORMANCE CONTROL & ANALYSIS
- measuring email marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives performance, sharing insights and best practices
- identifying possible areas of improvement.
DIGITAL MARKETING COMPETENCIES DEVELOPMENT
- supporting in the development of cooperation, integration and interaction between marketing, trade marketing, media teams and external agencies
- contributing to the continuous improvement of effective consumer engagement initiatives
- keeping updated with the latest digital and CRM trends and sharing best practices with internal stakeholders.
Who we are looking for:
- Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing or related area
- 2-4 years of experience in digital environment preferably in CRM Projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge and curiosity on the digital marketing world and related tools/technology
- Strong project management skills, capable of leading initiatives across multiple functions and aligning team efforts to organizational goals
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Advanced proficiency in MS-Office applications (Excel in particular)
