About the Role:
We are excited to announce an opportunity to join Ferrero House Agency (Pubbliregia) team for a Maternity Leave Substitution.
You will support the Creative Graphic Design Team in all daily activities and ongoing projects for the Kinder category.
You will work in a highly dynamic and international environment within Ferrero, supporting graphic packaging creative development, exhibitors, point of sale materials and institutional communication elements for special projects via trends analysis and interpretation and evaluation of developing areas of interest depending on Ferrero identity.
You will analyze limits and opportunities in order to propose solutions in line with realization and cost limits to ensure returns required by the Group alongside the entire value chain. Moreover, you will promote to clients innovative graphic solutions in line with Group guidelines objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
The role requires the management of graphic innovation programs for specific projects, regarding the category of competence and you will have a collaborative approach while managing the innovation and development projects process, sharing projects and results.
You will manage priorities and guarantee projects result (progress management, priorities definition, quality control activity and respect of timing, budget management) besides managing and optimizing the internal and external relational network.
The role includes ideating, developing and finalizing innovative graphic solutions in line with Group objectives, even when not included in specific briefs, and promoting these solutions to clients through research and graphic experimentation.
Assisting internal clients in drafting briefs for external agencies is another key responsibility. You will also support the Purchasing Function by identifying and validating alternative suppliers.
Detecting and defending trademark (Brand, logos, guide image, etc.) will be one of your responsibilities, as well as appraising costs impact in order to optimize creative solutions depending on Group return objectives, in collaboration with technical projecting team.
You will be responsible of managing presentations with Marketing Department and Pubbliregia, clearly explaining the creative path followed, developing and justifying the choices made and engaging useful discussions.
Finally, you will be updated on creative trends, both nationally and internationally, throuugh analysis and research.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your university Master's Degree in Graphic Design and professional experience in related fields.
Ability of thinking creatively and visually, conceiving engaging ideas and translating them in pieces of advertising, fulfilling the brief expectations will be fundamental, as well as passion for art direction and willingness to learn from other creative professionals.
You will bring your team working, problem solving, negotiation and project management skills and confidence to present creative and unique ideas and sell them to peers and client.
You are Self-motivated, proactive and Detail-oriented and passionate about digital/social fields, with an international mindset and availability for business trips.
Regarding IT and Language Skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite is required, as well as strong skills with design software (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Digital Design) and skills on Photoshoooting Art Direction
