This involves designing new packaging, defining material specifications and protocol testing, and evaluating performance to ensure compliance with Ferrero’s requirements.

The specialist will also oversee the industrialization of projects, ensuring that all packaging new materials are homologated and documented in line with project objectives. Within the Innovation Area, the specialist will actively contribute to the execution of development plans. This includes collaborating with project team members on high-complexity, cross-functional projects involving both internal and external stakeholders, leveraging diverse competencies and skills, and ensuring full alignment within the team with relevant reporting to stakeholders.

Additionally, the specialist will develop the supplier portfolio to deliver new materials on an industrial scale and interact with machine suppliers to develop innovative packaging solutions that integrate material and technology. Building a robust internal and external network among relevant stakeholders is also a crucial part of this role.
