Key Account Executive

Ferrero starts searching candidates for Key account executive, which potentially will be opened within next 2 months.

Main responsibilities:
  • To build and develop long-term relationship with the key accounts;
  • To plan sales for the key accounts by cities and SKU;
  • To plan, to agree and control trade marketing activities in accordance with strategic goals of the company;
  • Commercial policy maintenance for the key accounts;
  • Sales plan fulfillment for the key accounts in accordance with approved bonus scheme;
  • Fulfillment of company, CJSC qualitative adjectives for the key accounts in accordance with approved standards of the company;
  • Support for annual negotiations campaign;
  • Control of contract implementation on the local level;
  • Fulfillment of MUST-SKU list for the national key accounts;
  • Control of debts returns from national key accounts,
  • Analysis of TM activities.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant experience from 2 years in FMCG;
  • High education;
  • English – from upper-intermediate level;
  • MS Office - user;
  • Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Responsible, proactive, result-oriented;
  • Basic knowledge of logistic, financial and accounting processes.
