We are looking for a talented and driven Logistics Executive to join our Supply Chain team in Istanbul. Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, this role will be responsible for coordinating warehousing and co-packing operations, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring inventory accuracy across the supply chain.

As a Logistics Executive, you will analyze operational data and key performance indicators, support supplier performance evaluations and audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service levels, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee and monitor day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure inventory accuracy, high service levels, and operational efficiency.
  • Operational Coordination: Coordinate value-added service activities, manage third-party service providers, and ensure customer requirements are fulfilled on time and in full.
  • KPI Reporting & Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report key warehouse and logistics performance indicators, including inventory accuracy, productivity, service levels, cost efficiency, waste, and OTIF performance. Identify trends and recommend improvement actions.
  • 3PL Performance Management: Evaluate the performance of warehouse service providers through regular reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives where needed.
  • Supplier Audits: Support and follow up on audits conducted by the Commercial Quality Department (DQG) for warehouse service providers and other supply chain partners.
  • Tender Management Support: Assist in warehouse and logistics tender processes, including the operational and financial assessment of supplier proposals.
  • Cost Control & Invoice Management: Monitor logistics-related costs, validate invoices, and ensure Purchase Order (PO) and Goods Receipt (GR) processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze operational performance, identify efficiency opportunities, and contribute to projects aimed at improving service quality, optimizing costs, and enhancing operational effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Customer Service teams, and external partners to ensure seamless operations and effective issue resolution.
  • Project Monitoring & Reporting: Track warehouse and logistics projects, prepare reports and analyses, and provide insights to support decision-making.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Preferably 5+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or third-party logistics (3PL) operations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Knowledge of WMS, SAP, and other warehouse management systems is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English
