HR Specialist
About the Role:
We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to become an integral part of our Istanbul team, reporting to the People Business Partner.
This role will support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations, contribute to HR projects, and assist with onboarding and People & Organization processes, working closely with the People Business Partner.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive full-cycle recruitment by supporting end-to-end hiring processes and ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Leverage recruitment systems (ATS) to maintain accuracy and efficiency while managing workflows seamlessly
- Play a key role in onboarding by helping design and deliver impactful induction programs for new hires
- Actively contribute to digital HR processes and provide operational support
- Ensure compliance and accuracy by maintaining personnel files in line with legal requirements and company standards
- Empower employee growth through support in performance management and development initiatives
- Keep HR operations running smoothly by assisting with daily tasks and administrative responsibilities
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar disciplines)
- Preferably 2+ years of hands-on experience in HR processes to make an immediate impact
- Ability and willingness to effectively use HR systems and digital tools
- Detail-oriented with strong reporting and data tracking skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset, combined with strong planning and organizational abilities
- Highly motivated to learn and committed to continuous professional growth
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Turkish
