About the Role:

We are looking for an İstanbul based Financial Reporting Analyst who will be directly reporting to Financial Reporting Manager. The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below:

Main Responsibilities:

Financial reporting

• Prepare/review period-end financial reports and notes in accordance with IFRS (Ferrero Fındık)
• Control of consolidation packages and audit report
• Analyze the financial statement accounts for accuracy and adequacy in line with IFRS
• Upload/review periodically financial data to the main reporting tools of the company
• Conduct special studies and analyses when required
• Provide support to functional counterparts in operation units as required, and to operating and senior management on matters involving cost determination problems, issues such as inventory valuation, distribution of overhead, treatment of joint costs, product pricing and other significant accounts
• Follow up developments in IFRS and group’s accounting policies and implement the new accounting treatments in line with Group Manual
• Support period-end cost calculation operations and statutory closure
• Manage of the communication with Group Consolidation Office and external auditors
• Support the development and update of written policies and procedures of the financial procedures
• Coordinate and support of finance related projects

Management reporting

• Coordinate with all the departments to gather data and report improvement suggestions
• Review and deliver of monthly management information for review including communicating the businesses position and highlighting any risks or opportunities
• Develop, revise and deliver the management dashboard
• Ensure management reports are prepared on a timely basis
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Preferably +4 years of experience
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Proficient level of IFRS and accounting knowledge
• Creative problem solving skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Proactivity and strategic thinking
• Organized, multi-tasking, calm under pressure
• Ability to work in teams
