About the Role:
We are looking for a Demand & Supply Planning Manager who will be responsible to oversee the team in creating a demand plan derived from sales and marketing inputs.
You will lead supply planning efforts for all brands across various Ferrero plants by utilizing APO/S&OP systems. You will be based in İstanbul and report professionally to Region Supply Chain Manager and managerially to Trade Marketing Manager. Your focus will be on maintaining optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess and aging stocks focusing on product freshness and ensuring timely and compliant customs clearance processes in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage supply planning activities for both imported & locally produced and copacked products
- Provide data to Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Customer Services, and Logistics teams to set up organization for future needs
- Encourage a mindset of Customer Service orientation into the Demand & Supply Planning team/organization
- Manage effective relationship and communication with internal and external partners such as sales, marketing, customer service, logistics, finance
- Challenge sales and marketing teams to achieve best reliable sales forecast
- Follow up KPIs and encourage the team to develop root cause analysis for deviations
- Align with factories on performance indicators
- Ensure customs process run at defined limits
- Follow up performance of customs brokers while maintaining compliance to the laws and regulations
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelors' degree
- Preferably 7-8 years of experience
- Strong analytical problem solving skills with detail-focus
- Good communication skills and team member
- Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
- Good knowledge of SAP - APO and MS Office
- Statistical Forecasting tool (Blueyonder) knowledge is a plus
- Fluency both in English & Turkish
