About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Corporate Communication Executive to join our Institutional Affairs and Corporate Communication Department in Istanbul. This position will report directly to the Türkiye Institutional Affairs and Corporate Communication Director and play a key role in supporting the development and execution of communication strategies that align with Ferrero's objectives in Türkiye.

 

The main goal is to boost stakeholder engagement and foster a positive brand image. This role is crucial in creating a compelling brand narrative that reflects Ferrero’s core values and supports its broader business goals. You will lead the development and implementation of a strategic communications plan that combines media engagement, corporate social responsibility, digital presence, and data-driven storytelling. Additionally, the role will focus on rebuilding and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

Main Responsibilities:

•    Strengthen Ferrero’s digital presence in Türkiye by supporting the global rollout of the corporate website, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience aligned with the company’s communication strategy, managing Ferrero’s corporate social media profiles to engage global and local audiences, ensuring content aligns with Ferrero’s values and initiatives
•    Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets and journalists to drive positive press coverage, while strategically identifying opportunities to enhance earned media attention and effectively communicate Ferrero’s corporate values, social responsibility, and product quality
•    Cultivate strong ties with media professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive press influence and promote Ferrero’s policy goals. Leverage media influence to create a favorable environment for Ferrero’s business and policy interests
•    Strengthen Ferrero’s reputation as a socially responsible brand through impactful community development projects
•    Efficiently create, manage, and track Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) within the SAP system, ensuring all procurement activities are accurately recorded and processed

Who we are looking for:


•    Bachelor’s degree
•    Preferably +5 years of experience
•    Strong communication, writing and editing skills
•    Problem-solving mindset, multitasking and skillset, strong interpersonal skills
•    Project management skills and a continuous improvement mindset
•    Fluency in both written and spoken Turkish and English
