About the Role:

We are looking for an Istanbul based Cash Flow, Overhead and Supply Chain Controlling Manager who will be reporting to Integrated Controlling Manager and HCo Controlling Manager. The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below:

Main Responsibilities:

Monitoring
• Ensure completion of all analysis for cash, overheads and supply chain vs forecast
• Perform gap analysis to understand variances in related P&L line
• Regularly review and report KPI’s for DCF, Overhead and Supply Chain costs

SAF & budget controlling
• Lead the Budget and SAF submissions for Cash, Overhead and Supply Chain cost items
• Ensure accurate CAPEX reporting inline with group deadlines
• Report variances of costs vs forecast to provide an accurate financial situation with identification of risk and opportunity

Controlling and reporting
• Lead regular meetings with functions involved in working capital management, CAPEX projects, facilitate analysis of gaps/trends and areas of improvement
• Support all departments of the business, in terms of analysis and providing specific information
• Prepare monthly Business Review and Region Board presentations for overhead, cash  and supply chain related sections
• Perform CAPEX reporting for both Çikolata and Fındık entities for actuals & planning periods
• Compare present Actuals comparison vs Plan for all overhead dimensions to cost center owners on a monthly basis
• Contribute to the finance department as a whole and perform appropriate ad hoc tasks

Planning
• Support Area Finance team for strategic planning period
• Analyze, recommend and approve investment or profitability for complex files or projects

Support and improvement
• Respond appropriately to queries from local management and group finance teams
• Lead and coordinate cash, overhead and supply chain related processes improvements and ensure Ferrero standards and best practices are respected
• Co-pilot the organization through business partnering responsibilities

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferably +8 years of experience in additional finance/reporting experience in a multi-national company
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, SAP module
• Excellent ability of analytical thinking, team work, interaction and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment
• Multi-tasking in a deadline oriented environment with the ability to work under pressure
