About the Role:

We are looking for an Istanbul based Ferrero Turkey Procurement Manager who will be professionally reporting to Area Procurement Manager and managerially to Region Manager Turkey and HCo Head of Turkey. The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below:

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferably 12+ years of experience 
  • Advanced level of English
  • Solid leadership and people management experience
  • Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal and influencing skills 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to define purchasing strategy for non-globally sourced goods & services categories, based on global procurement guidelines and Region needs
  • Involve in the category / financial planning for specific projects
  • Ensure budget management activities execution requested internal procedures
  • Collaborate with other functions in the definition of policies, quality criteria, legal, environmental, ethical to purchase goods / services
  • Support contract harmonization among countries / categories according to category leader and legal guidelines
  • Conduct negotiation with suppliers for non-globally sourced goods & services categories, in alignment with internal procedures and Ferrero Code of Business Conduct
  • Ensure the competition between suppliers and subcontractors even by organizing tenders
  • Apply and implement purchasing policies, vendor management and developing policies, based on technical, organizational, economical and international financial knowledge
  • Ensure, for non-globally sourced goods & services, purchase orders management, look for Request for Proposals from vendors, proposing qualified and suitable alternatives
  • Maintain, consolidate and improve relationships with existing suppliers, to ensure continuity, manage criticalities and strengthen common objectives
  • Ensure supply based on demand planning, quality standards, contract SLA and internal stakeholders requirements
  • Ensure the implementation procurement projects for the Region
  • Ensure to Region Manager the alignment about procurement activities in the Region as presentation of overall procurement performance, project status update, procurement topics, market trends, forecasted impacts on Area P&L in alignment with Finance
