About the Role:

Being part of the Category controlling team and working with senior controller you will support decision making process for related category commercial & operational teams with P&L evaluations. You will help to define targets per category and related drill down for planning, budget and forecast processes. You will support the closure process by ensuring compliance with Ferrero principles. You will actively monitor the performance of the brand and propose actions to achieve targets and improve brand profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

You will act as a business partner to category managers, providing financial insights to support decision-making. You will play a crucial role in helping business planning, budgeting, and forecast processes for the related category by analyzing category financial results and by identifying related improvement areas. You will provide support to local functions to meet their budgetary targets. You will be responsible for planning & developing innovation P&Ls for new launches, ensuring timely monitoring of updates leading the GO/NO GO decision, by leveraging related Business Cases. 
You will be responsible for analyzing financial data and setting up ad hoc reporting for delivering insights and decision-making support. You will conduct detailed financial analysis to monitor the category’s performance and initiatives’ ROI. You will be responsible for the preparation of standard reporting for main stakeholders, consistently with Group institutional calendar (monthly, BDG, forecast and Strategic Plan) and for carrying out related variance analysis . You will perform category financial analysis by  customer/ portfolio range in order to foster portfolio/channel optimization. You will ensure that accounting principles and GOS are applied by category/Brand and will oversees all the Category P&L lines until Marketing contribution and related main balance sheet items (Stock, Provision etc). 

Who we are looking for:

Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance 
Experience in similar roles gained in matrix organization within the FMCG sector
Knowledge and strong interests in financial analysis preparation, accounting, planning, taxes, or administration preferred 

Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills as well as SAP/HFM

Attention to detail
Fluency in English
