About the Role:
As a Junior Business Controller you will be responsible of activities from Reporting to the Analysis, monitoring the business performance and providing information for strategic and operational decisions to the management and will give support to the Finance Manager in few administrative activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Weekly sales upload on Group Reporting System (Oracle – HFM) and internal reports circulation and monthly estimations;
- Executing monthly closing activities in SAP, working closely with the Accounting Department;
- Perform the planning activities related to full Profit & Loss for Budget and Forecast, using Controlling tools (Essbase and HFM-ORACLE);
- Products P&L simulations to support Sales and Marketing business in strategic and operative decisions;
- Analysing the deviations between Actual data and the budgeted and previous year’s figures for all P&L lines, preparing standard Report;
- Mantainance in the system (SAP) of Price lists and Product Standard Cost;
- Ad hoc analysis and ad hoc reporting;
- Support Finance Manager in annual and interim audit, direct tax calculation and back up for other administrative activities;
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelors’ degree degree with a focus in business or economics;
- 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst or business planning analyst;
- Good command of English;
- Good Ms Office knowledge;
- Preferred some Controlling tolls (Essbase/HFM) and ERP (SAP) knowledge;
- Analytical skills and problem solving oriented;
- Ability to organize and meet deadlines;
- Good communication skills;
- Team player;
