Responsible for monitoring and analyzing developments and legislative initiatives in South American countries in the areas of food and packaging, such as contaminants, additives, food contact materials, chemicals, nutrition, labeling, market restrictions, among others. Making sure that interested internal parties understand the regulations under discussion to protect the company's interests.
Principais responsabilidades:
- Coordinate all activities related to foreign trade, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and controls, providing visibility to the demanding areas, in the adequate frequency through reports and indicators
- Plan in advance all demand related to foreign trade, in order to bring the best financial result and service level to the company, preparing
- external partners such as dispatchers, carriers, EADI,... during high campaigns and recess periods
- Provide all necessary information for claims and special operations (e.g. drawback) with the required level of control, monitoring and publication of results
- Coordinate special projects that require detailed monitoring, multi-area and multi-country communication, through status reports and schedules
- Present the results of the area through monthly reports and indicators, compared with the goals and possible action plans
- Coordinate the team, ensuring technical support and individual development, as well as defining challenging goals that contribute to the objective defined for the company

- Work on the certification and maintenance of OEA certification
Quem buscamos:
- English, Portuguese and Spanish fluent.
- Complete higher education and specialization in Foreign Trade
- Experience experience working with federal agencies :ANVISA, MAPA, RECEITA
