Position Mission:

Responsible for deploying the Strategic Guidelines of the categories in the Regions (from the Category SAM) for each of the countries in which it operates. Seeking adherence to Regional guidelines, but adapting the particularities of each country, always in cooperation with the local BU team and in alignment with Category SAM. It plays a key role in the S&OP process, managing the investments allocated to TS and Promotions. And ensuring alignment with the BU's local Marketing strategy. 

Main Responsibilities:

1) Build the strategy already adapted to your cluster and countries. (MYPS)
2) Delivery of the Activity Grid (Oracle) to each of the countries and its management in a closed manner.
3) Be responsible in the BU for the S&OP process in alignment with the SAM Category and BU Trade MkT.
4) Category P&L Management in BUs and Countries.
5) Regular overview of the performance of the categories.

Main products/outcomes expected in the performance of this role:

1) Development and growth of categories in clusters and countries.
2) MS gains (in value and volumes)
3) Management of TS, GM and Promotions.
4) MYPS development.

Who we are looking for:

  • University degree in Marketing, Economics, Commercialization or related field.
  • Professional with at least 10 years of experience in Marketing areas in mass consumption companies, with a minimum of 2 years developing a category.
