In our continuous journey towards environmental excellence, we're looking for an inspired and innovative Industrial Sustainability, Environment, and Energy Specialist to join our dynamic team in Manisa plant. Main Responsibilities:
- Facilitate environmental compliance and promote initiatives to achieve our energy efficiency objectives
- Contribute to environmental management system audits to ensure adherence and improvement
- Analyze energy supply needs within our manufacturing processes and assist in budgeting for environmental and energy-related matters
- Provide support in building plant's energy structure in long and medium term and define energy supply contracts
- Engage in continuous improvement projects, aiming to enhance environmental and energy awareness and be compliant at all levels of the plant
- Keep legislative changes updated which may affect environmental and energy policies
- Draft and update procedures and instructions related to energy and environment, ensuring compliance and best practices
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelors' degree from Environment Engineering
- Preferably 3-4 years of experience
- Strong analytical problem solving skills with detail-focus
- Good communication skills and team member
- Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
- Fluency both in English & Turkish
