About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Travel Market Product Flow Management Specialist who will be part of the Documental Process Management and Supply Chain departments.
The PFM Specialist coordinates the projects & activities with the Central teams and Business Units to make sure that the packaging is ready on time for productions. Additionally, the PFM takes care of packaging creation and Finished Good codes’ creation and configuration. 
 

Main Responsibilities:

In this role you will be in contact with Marketing department to discuss the upcoming year's product range, ensuring an up-to-date activity grid for products to be commercialized. You will then develop and configure the Finished Good and Packaging codes.
You will coordinate with the Documental Planner function to communicate priorities and address any activities at risk due to potential delays in the process. 
Serve as the central point of contact for departments/functions involved in projects targeting markets, with a specific focus on brands assigned to the Product Flow Manager will be part of your responsibilities as well. 
You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Food Law, Creative/repro agencies, DPU teams for new technical projects to promptly adapt to any changes made to the activity grid throughout the year.
You will cooperate in Projects of new Products integration, as well as process improvements within your Business Unit.

Who we are looking for:

A University degree is required for this role, with a preference for backgrounds in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
You have 3-5 years of experience in Project Management roles, ideally within a Supply Chain and Operations environment.
You have strong problem solving, communication, analytical and time management skills, 
On top of this you are fluent in English and have a solid command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Your motivation and willingness to learn will be key. 
Moreover, your skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a challenging and dynamic environment will be highly valuable.
