About the Role:

For our Ferrero Luxembourg HQ, ware looking for a Supply Chain/ Operations Central Functions Luxembourg HRBP for enhancing the development, management and execution of key HR processes and projects to support the evolution of Supply Chain, Third Parties Operations, Functions Integration & PMO and Operations Scenario in a growing, dynamic and diversified environment. 

Main Responsibilities:

As the HRBP for the areas of responsibility, you will lead initiatives for fostering continuous evolution of assigned functions, ensuring consistency with the strategic Group objectives. In relation, you will support related organizations to develop the capabilities required by the increasing business scale and complexity in alignment with Group guidelines.

Moreover, you will partner with Central and Region stakeholders assuring the proper and harmonized implementation of key Group HR processes (i.e. Talent management, Reward/Salary Review, Workforce planning, reporting and other).

You will support Central and Region stakeholders on the development of the HR Roadmap and its regular deployment via the masterplan process while you will interface with HR CoEs for the proactive development of programs and solutions. 

In addition, you will coordinate and support the planning and execution of international mobility processes, from management reviews and definition of profiles till the onboarding/induction plan.

Actively supporting the management on specific projects and lead HR related change management initiatives defined at Group/Area level will also be part of your role. 

Last but not least, you will act as an HR data analyst, aiming at maximizing the usage of HR data platforms and drive actions based on data insights. 

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your educational background and 8-10 years of proven experience as an HR business partner in Operations, Supply Chain or other related functions of the FMCG industry.
Your experience in coordinating key HR processes, such as performance management, development, training, recruitment, salary review processes and workforce planning/reporting will help you meet this role’s objectives. 
Ability to execute daily operational activities and multiple priorities keeping a focus on the big picture and the overall strategic development of the function will contribute to your success.
You have strong communication and social skills, enabling you to build an effective business relationship and the proper management of relevant senior stakeholders.
You are results oriented and a self-starter that permit the proper level of autonomy required in certain circumstances.  
Proactive attitude to diagnose areas of improvement and propose development solutions are part of your strengths. You can work in multi-cultural teams while willing to constantly develop a global working network. 
Full proficiency of English is a fundamental skill around labor relations required for this role.
