About the Role:

As a Senior Brand Manager at Rocher, specialising in Tablets and Seasonal products, you'll play a key role in the success of the Business Unit by meeting specific targets associated with Profit and Loss, market share, and competitive positioning within your category. Working within the strategy and guidelines of the Category/Area and under Regional Supervision, you will craft detailed strategies for the Brands under your responsibility.

You will also develop and implement innovative ideas, projects, and necessary actions while closely monitoring and managing expenses (such as advertising, promotions, and research spending) to ensure they remain within budget constraints.

Main Responsibilities:

As Senior Brand Manager Rocher Tablets and Seasonal (SBM), you will be a key contributor to the team, who will spearhead brand activation initiatives across all essential consumer touchpoints. Furthermore you will assume responsibility for overseeing equity management and media planning for both Ferrero Rocher Tablets and Seasonal.

A pivotal focus is on developing a comprehensive three-year plan that involves cross-functional collaboration to chart the course for the Ferrero Rocher Tablets and seasonal portfolio. This process includes the challenge and support needed to craft enduring, impactful strategies. Additionally, within the one-year plan, the emphasis is on leading and implementing a Brand marketing strategy that steers the company toward its immediate goals related to products, promotions, channels, competitors, pricing, and communication for the coming year.

You'll be instrumental in proposing annual budgets and HR resource plans for the designated category, ensuring it possesses the necessary resources to achieve its agreed-upon objectives.

Stakeholder Management: 
An integral aspect of your role is the management of relationships with external strategic business partners. This involves the safeguarding and enhancement of the company's corporate image and reputation, as well as nurturing and protecting the development of the brand. Your sphere of influence extends across various functions, with the objective of securing support for key brand strategies. You will also cultivate positive working relationships with Global Category teams and coordinate with vital factory contacts and international marketing teams to ensure alignment in brand strategies.

Furthermore, your role encompasses the management of internal communications aimed at sustaining awareness of key brand direction, mission, goals, and activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for the oversight of a small team, including a Brand Manager and an intern.

Commercial Decisions:
Your role is central to shaping brand decisions for the Ferrero Rocher Tablets and seasonal portfolio. This includes influencing senior management, overseeing various initiatives, monitoring brand performance, and contributing to marketing operations. Your financial expertise plays a key role in achieving profit growth targets, focusing on marketing contributions, brand development, and resource allocation for financial success
