About the Role:
In the bustling environment of our production facility at the Halsted Plant, an exciting opportunity awaits for a Hygiene Operative PM shift. Usual working hours are from 15.00 to 22.00. As part of the Ferrero family, within the Eat Natural division, you'll play a vital role in upholding our commitment to cleanliness and safety standards. Your presence ensures the seamless flow of operations and the production of top-quality food products.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Hygiene Operative, your responsibilities will encompass a range of crucial tasks. Supporting both the Section Leader and engineering team, you'll be the backbone of our operational efficiency. Your duties include completing assigned tasks for each shift and facilitating smooth transitions during shift changes. Flexibility is key, as you'll be ready to work overtime as needed to meet the demands of the company.
Your journey with us begins with comprehensive training, where you'll gain a solid understanding of various production positions and procedures. Operating machinery safely and effectively is paramount, as is your dedication to maintaining and cleaning production equipment. Should any faults or damage arise, prompt reporting to supervisors ensures swift resolution.
Safety is our priority, and you'll be instrumental in adhering to health and safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Keeping our workplace clean and hygienic is not only a requirement but a testament to our commitment to quality. You'll work diligently to uphold QA/Technical policies, minimizing production wastage and contributing to equipment testing and maintenance efforts.
