About the Role:

  • creation and implementation of the H&S system, aligned with the Law and group SOP
  • implementation of measures to reduce the risk of injuries at work, occupational and workplace diseases, in accordance with the Risk Assessment Act
  • participation in equipping and arranging the workplace to ensure H&S working conditions
  • organization of preventive and periodic examinations of working environment conditions and equipment
  • measures proposition to improve working conditions, especially in high-risk workplaces
  • preparation and performance of employee’s training in H&S
  • instructions preparation for H&S work, continuous monitoring and application control during work activities
  • monitoring situation related to work injuries, occupational and work-related diseases, participation in determining the causes and elimination measures proposal
  • cooperation and coordination of work with the occupational medicine service on all issues in the H&S field
  • control and employer advisory in the planning, selection, use and maintenance of work equipment, hazardous materials and personal protective equipment
  • in case of an imminent danger to life or health of the employees, prohibits work and/or use of means of work
  • keeping records in the H&S field with the employer, according to Law
  • representation of the employer in matters related to H&S before the officials during inspections at work
  • monitoring of H&S legislation, informing the employer of changes and harmonization of H&S system

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the legally prescribed norms in the field of H&S to be implemented in the company
  • Responsible for timely taking of all preventive and corrective measures to respect and improve the adopted standards in the field of H&S
  • Harmonization of operations and general acts (especially the Risk Assessment Act) related to H&S
  • Responsible for timely training of employees for H&S
  • Responsible for proper documentation of all transactions
  • Responsible for compliance with budgetary restrictions on H&S

Who we are looking for:

  • VI-VII University degree
  • Official professional exam degree in the H&S field for the Republic of Serbia
  • At least three years of experience in H&S field
  • Proficient Serbian speaker
  • Active English speaker
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel)
  • Active driver with valid licence
